Yes thier name is different, it doesn't contain CC but thats the way Adobe decided to call them. AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe doesn't seem to be recognizing these two apps versions. It works just fine for all version around my network exept the apps highlighted in bold. I have created a custom cleanup.xml to remove all versions of Illustrator, photoshop, indesign and bridge on my IT infrastructure in order to reinstall a new package with the "Enable Remote Update Manager" on. I am using the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanertool.exe to uninstall "Silently" uninstall all CC apps and CC himself on multiple computers at the same time. Note that older versions were being detected and uninstalled.
